This page covers everything the site does with your information — which isn't much.
What the quote form collects
When you send an enquiry, we ask for your name, your email address, and a message — and, if you reached the form from a machine page, the name of the machine you're asking about. That's the complete list. We don't ask for anything else, and the form doesn't work without your name, email, and message.
What happens to it
Your message is sent by email to our support inbox. It is not stored in a database, and we don't keep a copy anywhere else on the site's infrastructure. We use it to reply to you — nothing more. Separately, to stop the form being used for spam, we briefly keep a counter tied to your IP address, for one hour. It holds no message content and isn't used to identify or track you — it's just a count, and it deletes itself automatically once the hour is up.
No tracking
This site doesn't use cookies and doesn't run analytics. Nothing on the site follows you after you leave it.
